Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) seeks an Operations Coordinator to serve as the administrative and logistical hub for the Experiential Learning Center. You will coordinate per diem staffing, scheduling, LMS activities, and communications to support simulation-based and experiential learning.

Reporting to the Director of Simulation, you will collaborate with educational and technical staff, manage contracts and compliance records, and support program logistics and events.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organization, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Mansioni

• Serves as the primary coordinator for operational administrative workflows and the center's per diem workforce.
• Coordinates activity scheduling, LMS activity management, staffing requests, onboarding logistics, and timekeeping.
• Manages communications and ensures schedules and updates are conveyed to stakeholders.
• Coordinates administrative support for experiential learning, certification, and continuing education activities.
• Maintains supply inventories and coordinates routine ordering and receipt of materials.
• Maintains operational workforce records and incident documentation.
