Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN is seeking a Senior Experiential Learning Administrator to coordinate clinical placements for graduate nurse practitioner programs and to build strong partnerships with preceptors and clinical sites, ensuring high-quality experiences for students.

The role requires collaboration with graduate program leaders, healthcare partners, and faculty to manage placements, onboarding, and compliance, while expanding the preceptor network and supporting rural sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s of Nursing Degree required.
• Licensed or eligible to practice nursing in Indiana.
• Four years of clinical nursing experience required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate clinical preceptor placements for graduate nurse practitioner programs in collaboration with graduate program directors.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners to strengthen and expand clinical placement opportunities.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard rural nurse practitioners and other eligible clinicians to serve as preceptors.
• Monitor student requirements and profiles to ensure readiness and compliance with clinical partner requirements.
• Coordinate with Purdue legal counsel and the School of Nursing Clinical Site Administrator to maintain current affiliation agreements.
• Deliver preceptor orientation and partner with Professional Development leadership to identify continuing education opportunities.
• Coordinate the adjunct clinical faculty nomination process for qualifying preceptors who demonstrate sustained engagement.
• Serve as a resource for students, preceptors, faculty, and clinical partners throughout the placement and onboarding process.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical placement processes and strengthen the overall preceptor experience.
