Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer-experience minded professional to deliver and serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients' locations. The ideal candidate enjoys pop-up events and delivering an out-of-this-world event experience, with compensation at $24/hr.

This on-site role requires the ability to lift, stand for long periods, and interact with guests in fast-paced environments. Benefits include company health plans, PTO, and 401(k) options after six months.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is helpful but not required.
• Detail oriented with eye for experience quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced events environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure every staff member is delighted.
• Meet with the culinary team to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office.
• Create an inspired pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded paper and creativity.
• Tell the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper.
• Collect feedback and report metrics to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
