Job summary

RSM in Charlotte is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support the Operations Team in delivering mobile tours, experiential campaigns, and retail promotions. You will help with warehousing, packing, shipping, and inventory as a shared service to account teams.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-focused, have strong communication, and can work weekends or travel occasionally. A high school diploma and proficiency with Priority 1, Excel, Outlook, and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• High school degree.
• Knowledge of Priority 1, MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to occasionally work weekends.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop program timelines and logistical deliverables with account leads.
• Receive, store, and count products against orders in the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory and track items received and distributed.
• Assemble items for shipment or load-in for programs.
• Ship products and unload/store equipment after tours.
• Organize and fulfill product packouts.
• Research material purchases to procure suitable equipment for performance, safety, cost.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Team and Tour Managers to identify issues and implement solutions.
