Job summary

RSM, a Charlotte-based experiential marketing agency, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join the Operations Team. You will support mobile tours, campaigns, and promotions by handling warehousing, packouts, shipping, and inventory with precision and reliability.

The role emphasizes organization, independence, and strong communication as you count, store, assemble, and ship materials; collaborate with logistics and tour managers; and occasionally travel or work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with account team leads to develop program timelines and logistical deliverables needed for each program.
• Receive and store products within the warehouse, unpacking and accurately counting against order.
• Maintain inventory of materials: record and track items received and distributed.
• Assemble items for shipment or load-in for upcoming programs and assist with.
• Ship products, materials and equipment to support programs.
• Unload and store items/equipment following tours.
• Organize and fulfill product packouts.
• May be asked to research required material purchases to ensure procurement of the most suitable equipment in terms of performance, safety, reliability and cost.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Team and Tour Managers in field to identify any issues and propose and implement appropriate solutions.
