Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within experiential marketing or related fields.
• Proven experience managing complex projects from briefing through final delivery.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Commercial and operational expertise, including budget ownership and cost control.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project-management platforms.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns, PR mailers, and custom product initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with creative teams to turn concepts into feasible, production-ready solutions.
• Lead client communication, presentations, and expectation-setting throughout each project.
• Manage scope, budgets, profitability, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with creative, production, finance, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Improve workflows and project-management processes to support delivery excellence.
• Contribute to pitches, new-business opportunities, and account-growth initiatives.
