Job summary

icreatives in Los Angeles is seeking a Project Manager (Experiential & Gifting space) to lead end-to-end execution of experiential campaigns and PR mailers for global brands. You will blend creative production, delivery, and commercial ownership with strong client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Experience in gifting, PR, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle is highly preferred, and you will partner with creative, production, and finance teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, experiential marketing, or agency production.
• Strong commercial and operational mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns and PR mailers.
• Lead client communication, updates, and presentations.
• Manage project budgets from kickoff to close; track profitability.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and finance teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive process improvements and align stakeholders.
