Job summary

Museum of Ice Cream is seeking a hands-on Creative Producer to lead a high-visibility Miami activation this December while supporting three additional winter brand activations across our portfolio.

You will own activation workstreams from approved concept through fabrication, installation, and launch, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery. This role suits a calm, detail-oriented producer with strong vendor and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience producing experiential activations, branded installations, pop-ups or events.
• Portfolio showing ownership of complex activations from planning to onsite execution.
• Experience managing concurrent projects with fixed launch dates and external partner expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own activations from concept through fabrication, installation, launch and closeout.
• Build detailed scopes, workbacks, budgets, schedules and launch-readiness checklists.
• Translate concepts into technical requirements, vendor briefs and onsite execution plans.
