Job summary

Derse Inc is seeking an Account Manager in our Northbrook, IL facility, 5 days a week in-office. You will support the Account team and handle day-to-day tactical execution for varied clients and experiential marketing needs in the fast-paced trade show environment.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, prepare job orders, monitor production, review change orders, assist in proposals, and coordinate with multiple departments and remote locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of Account Management experience; tradeshow/event industry preferred.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office; strong report generation and data mining skills.
• Flexible to work extended hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel ability to support field installations.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for assigned clients and maintain client relations.
• Support Account Executive in developing new business within current programs.
• Prepare job order documents and related correspondence.
• Monitor production to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Review change orders to ensure costs align with project constraints and agreements.
• Assist in preparing proposals from cost estimates.
• Attend production meetings with sales and shop supervision.
• Coordinate between departments and remote locations.
• Maintain accurate job files and weekly sales highlights.
• Travel to client shows and events as needed.
• Represent the company and its products professionally.
• Organize and work independently with self-motivation.
• Additional responsibilities as required.
