Job summary

Derse, a face-to-face marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager to support client sales and manage trade show and event programs in partnership with the assigned Account Executive.

The role requires strong account management, organization, and communication skills, with travel to client shows and events as needed. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of industry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years industry experience.
• Strong account management & customer service experience.
• Highly organized, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong conflict resolution skills & ability to multi-task.
• Solid communication and organization skills.
• Ability to travel to show sites and client locations as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary sales support in collaboration with the Account Executive.
• Support AE in developing new business within current client programs.
• Prepare job order documents and related correspondence for assigned accounts.
• Monitor production to ensure objectives are met on time.
• Review change orders to ensure proper costs and budgets.
• Assist in preparing proposals from cost estimates for projects or services.
• Research information related to delinquent accounts.
• Attend production meetings between sales staff and shop supervision.
• Maintain accurate and detailed job files and weekly sales highlights.
• Travel to client shows/events as directed.
• Represent the company and its products professionally according to marketing direction.
