Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Manager, Experiences Retail Store Operations to lead store operations for Netflix House and other physical retail touchpoints. You will shape strategy, own the technology stack (Shopify POS, RFID, inventory systems), and work with hourly Crew to ensure consistent, efficient performance.

The role requires building SOPs, monitoring KPIs, and partnering with Finance and central ops to optimize budgets and labor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail operations experience including HQ and on-floor execution.
• Direct experience with retail tech systems (POS, RFID, inventory).
• Ability to build operational structure in ambiguous environments.
• Data-driven with KPI framing and reporting.
• Experience writing scalable SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the store operations strategy for Netflix House and other venues.
• Design and maintain the operating model, SOPs, and daily routines.
• Identify gaps from floor engagement and data, and implement practical solutions.
