Job summary

Robert Mondavi Winery in Oakville, CA seeks an Assistant Manager, Experiences to lead daily guest programming and hospitality operations. You will work with the Hospitality leadership team to deliver engaging experiences while upholding the Robert Mondavi brand and Constellation Brands values.

The role involves coordinating guest experiences, managing staff schedules, and supporting revenue-driven programming.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum of three years in hospitality with at least one year in a supervisory role; wine/luxury experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication; availability for weekends/evenings.
Experience using reservation or customer management systems; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Craft and deliver engaging daily guest experiences and educational programs.
Oversee hospitality activities including public tastings and guest interactions.
Develop guest experience strategies to support revenue growth and KPIs.
Monitor guest feedback and analyze data to elevate experiences.
Coordinate logistics and support cross‑functional teams to ensure quality service.
