Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its Providence, Rhode Island office. The attorney will manage a substantial caseload and hearings with diligence and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be an active RI State Bar member in good standing, and possess at least 3 years of workers' compensation experience, with excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Active RI State Bar Association member in good standing.
• Minimum of 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day handling of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
