The role emphasizes client service, rigorous advocacy, and collaboration with a national team. You'll advance claim strategy, manage filings, and represent clients through hearings and depositions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active RI State Bar Association member in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of cases and hearings.
• Drafting and filing litigation documents including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports/affidavits.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
