BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its practice in Medford, Massachusetts. This role involves managing a substantial caseload and offers a chance to significantly contribute to the development of a statewide workers' compensation practice.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, be an active member of the NH State Bar Association, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day management of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
