Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney for our Lexington, Kentucky practice. The attorney will manage a substantial caseload, advise clients through the workers' compensation process, and contribute to growing a statewide practice.

Qualifications include a JD, active KY State Bar license, 3+ years of workers' compensation experience, and excellent writing and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Active member in good standing with the KY State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day management of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
