Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its Albuquerque, New Mexico office. The attorney will manage a substantial caseload and contribute to developing a statewide workers' compensation practice.

Duties include handling case management, drafting filings, preparing for depositions, mediations, and court appearances, and guiding clients through the process. Requirements include a JD, active NM State Bar, at least three years in workers' compensation,

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active NM State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day management of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
