Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its Austin, TX practice. You will manage a substantial caseload, draft litigation documents, and guide clients through the case process while interacting with expert witnesses and preparing for depositions and hearings.

The role requires a JD, active Texas Bar membership, and 3+ years of workers' compensation experience, with the ability to handle high volumes and deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the TX State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day handling of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
