Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its Paducah, KY practice. The attorney will manage a substantial caseload and contribute to developing a statewide workers' compensation practice.

You will handle hearings, draft litigation documents, and advise clients through the case process. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills, plus 3+ years of experience, are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active KY State Bar license in good standing.
• Multiple state bar licenses preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day management of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
