Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Welder for its Quick Response Center to deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround repairs and components that keep customers' operations running. You will join a small team and work with machinists, assemblers, and your manager to solve mechanical problems under tight deadlines.

In this role you will use TIG, MIG, MAG, stick welding and other methods, set up parts from blueprints, and ensure workmanship meets our standards. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of welding experience in manufacturing or repair environments.
• Ability to evaluate welding quality and workmanship.
• Strong emphasis on on-time delivery and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Select welding method (TIG, MIG, MAG, or stick) according to blueprints and specs.
• Set up and operate equipment to prepare welded parts.
• Perform welding repairs on raw and finished parts and verify quality.
• Maintain a safe work environment and proper documentation.
