InterWest Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The role focuses on a Transportation book, delivering high-level client service, developing innovative strategies, and enhancing client retention.

The position supports multiple office locations in California, including Sacramento, with opportunities for career growth and ongoing training to maintain industry licensing and CISR-style designations.

Formación

• 3 years insurance account management experience.
• Education – High school diploma required
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Maintain consistent and continuous communication with assigned clients, including tasks related to new business set up and applications, renewal applications and marketing
• Understand the insurance industry and the overall company
• Apply knowledge to understand the extent and terms of the coverage offered
• Engage in the service process with a Broker to support the client and meet service expectations
• Maintain current and accurate client data in the Agency Management System
• Ensure timeliness and completeness of work when interacting with clients, agency, and carrier personnel to minimize errors
• Handle account processing including quotes, policy changes, endorsements, proposals, binding, invoicing, and audits
• Resolve issues related to billing
• Review pending and final cancellations
• Escalate client issues as appropriate
• Provide needed information to clients, carriers, Broker and internal personnel
• Participate in industry practice groups and trainings to maintain skills
• Pursue designations such as CISR
• Maintain continuing education for license renewal
