Qualifications

• 3 years commercial/general insurance account management experience is preferred.
• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent and timely communication with assigned clients, including new business setup, renewal applications and marketing.
• Manage quotes, endorsements, invoicing and policy changes.
• Assist in preparing proposals and ensuring policy accuracy for delivery to clients.
• Support the broker in servicing the client and maintaining high service standards.
• Keep client and carrier data accurate in the Agency Management System, minimizing errors.
• Escalate client issues to the supervisor or broker as appropriate.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and knowledge.
