Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Experienced Traffic Control Flaggers as Crew Leader Candidates to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. The role offers growth from flagger to crew leader with advancement opportunities and a promotional bonus.

Earn $17.50-$19.30 per hour, with weekly competitive pay and potential overtime. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits accompany growth and long‑term leadership opportunities in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle to travel to sites.
• Satisfactory driving record; MVR review.
• Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA or state).
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs, and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones.
• Control traffic flow and ensure public safety.
• Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting.
• Mentor new crew members and help drive site efficiency.
