Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones across the eastern United States. Dispatched from home to sites, this role offers steady outdoor work, teamwork, and hands-on traffic control experience.

You’ll start at $17.50–$20.25 per hour with weekly pay, and have clear paths for advancement into Crew Leader roles within 30–90 days. In-house training, bonuses, and benefits support your growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles daily, lift 30-50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
