Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and system issues.
• Document issues, resolutions, and activities in the ticketing system.
• Assist employees with core banking system access and password resets.
• Escalate complex issues beyond first level when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems, processes, and updates.
• Propose improvements to System Support delivery.
• Support learning path to progress toward Level 2 System Support Technician.
