Job summary

Venture Solar is seeking an Experienced Residential Solar Installer to join our installation team in Southington, CT. You will be on-site installing racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, handling structural mounting, and assisting with conduit runs under an Electrician’s guidance.

The role requires prior solar installation experience, comfort with heights/roof work, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or on roofs.

Location: Daily reporting to Southington, CT

Residential Solar Installer
