Job summary

Venture Solar in Hudson, MA is looking for an Experienced Residential Solar Installer to join our installation team. You will install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, manage the physical layout of the array, and assist with conduit runs under the electrician's guidance.

Candidates should have solar installation experience, comfort with heights, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. A valid driver's license and willingness to work 40+ hours weekly are required.

Qualifications

• Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).

Responsibilities

Location: Daily reporting to Hudson, MA

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
