Venture Solar is expanding its installation team in Biddeford, ME, seeking an Experienced Solar Installer to install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

You will handle the mechanical layout and assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of an Electrician, contributing to safe, high-quality installations.

Requirements include prior solar installation experience, comfort with heights, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to 40+ hour weeks.

Location: Daily reporting to Biddeford, ME

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

• Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

• Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

• Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.

• Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
