Venture Home Solar, LLC is expanding its installation team in Wilmington, DE. We are seeking an Experienced Solar Installer who thrives on rooftop work and safety. The role involves assembling racking, mounting hardware, solar modules, and assisting with conduit runs under guidance.

The ideal candidate has prior solar installation experience, comfort with heights, and a proactive, reliable work ethic. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for overtime and growth.

Venture Homeis expanding! We are looking for hardworking individuals on our installation team.Experienced Installer who thrives on the roof, we have a place for you.

Location: Daily reporting to Wilmington, DE

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.

• Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

• Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

• Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.

• Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
