Job summary

Nucar Toyota of North Kingstown is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to connect customers with our service team. You will welcome customers, identify vehicle service needs, and create repair orders from check-in to delivery.

You will explain recommended maintenance, provide estimates, keep customers informed, and work with technicians to keep work moving. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and our service technicians. You'll listen to customers' needs, explain recommended maintenance and repairs, keep them informed throughout the process, and help ensure every customer leaves feeling confident about their experience with Nucar.
