Job summary

Nucar Toyota of North Kingstown is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the key connection between customers and our service technicians. You will listen to customers' needs, explain recommended maintenance and repairs, and keep them informed throughout the process to ensure a confident, positive experience.

You will create and manage repair orders from check-in through vehicle delivery, communicate estimates, and work closely with the team to move repairs efficiently while building lasting

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to stay organized and manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Positive, professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Automotive service or dealership experience is a plus.
• Previous sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience may also fit.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
