Job summary

Nucar Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in North Kingstown, RI. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

You will serve as the primary connection between customers and service technicians, handling scheduling, documentation, and customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using dealership computer systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Schedule service appointments and prepare repair orders.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
• Review recommended maintenance and repairs with customers.
• Provide clear estimates and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
• Review completed work and invoices with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build long-term customer relationships and promote customer retention.
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines.
