Job summary

Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown is seeking an energetic Service Advisor to be the primary connection between customers and service technicians. You will greet customers, schedule service, document vehicle needs and present maintenance recommendations.

The role emphasizes clear estimates, timely communication with technicians, handling invoices, and building lasting customer relationships. A customer-focused mindset and dealership experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using dealership computer systems and technology.
• Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term customer relationships and promote customer retention.
