The Service Advisor acts as the primary connection between customers and technicians, helping customers understand service needs, coordinating repair schedules, and ensuring work moves efficiently through the shop. This role offers strong career growth within our service department.

Qualifications

The Service Advisor plays a vital role in dealership operations by acting as the primary connection between customers and technicians. In this fast-paced, people-focused position, you will help customers understand their vehicle service needs, coordinate repair schedules, and ensure work moves efficiently through the shop.
