Job summary

Litihia Motors in Sterling, VA is seeking experienced Used Car Service Technicians to perform repairs on domestic and import vehicles in a busy shop. You will diagnose issues, test-drive vehicles and document all work with accuracy.

A VA State Inspector license is preferred and ASE certifications are a plus. This full-time role offers a flat rate pay structure of $23.00 to $35.00 per hour, plus incentives based on production, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career

• 2–5 years automotive technician experience.
• Virginia State Inspector license preferred; bonus eligible.
• Dealership or private repair experience.
• ASE Certifications a plus.

What You'll Do

Perform repairs on both domestic and import vehicles. Diagnose vehicle issues and complete repairs safely. Test-drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs. Track time and document all work performed. Maintain a clean, organized work area and return vehicles clean. Complete required training and maintain certifications. Stay current on technical updates and manufacturer information. Communicate effectively with team members and support customer satisfaction. Report any safety, ethical, or operational concerns to management.

What You'll Bring

2–5 years of automotive technician experience Virginia State Inspector license (strongly preferred; bonus eligible) Dealership or Private Repair Experience B and C Technician levels highly preferred! Experience repairing all makes and models ASE Certifications, a plus Great work ethic Team player Desire to grow your career with the best in the business Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record A great attitude!

Total Rewards Guide

The flat rate range for this position is $23.00 to $35.00.
