You will greet customers, assess concerns, provide options, and schedule service while maintaining detailed records and supporting warranty claims.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with service management software and basic computer skills.
