You will provide clear estimates, schedule service, promote additional services and parts, and maintain detailed service records while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service advisor, preferably in a dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with service management software and basic computer skills.
• Clean driving record.
