Germain Honda of Dublin is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers, coordinating with technicians to deliver accurate repair recommendations and exceptional service in Dublin, OH.

You will greet customers, assess concerns, provide estimates, schedule appointments, and maintain detailed service records while promoting additional services. Prior dealership experience and strong communication skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive service advisor, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
