Job summary

Wade Ford in Smyrna, GA is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our customer‑driven team. You will help customers explore vehicle options, understand features, and guide them through the purchase journey in a supportive environment.

We offer a $3,000 guaranteed pay for the first 30 days, plus a competitive base salary with commission, performance bonuses, and clear opportunities for growth within Lithia Motors’ Wade Ford family.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous automotive sales is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks.
• Willing to learn financing and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process.
• Present vehicle features, financing options, and store policies.
• Maintain relationships through timely follow-up.
• Stay current on new products and participate in training.
• Use CRM to track customers and sales activity.
