Job summary

Mazda of Elk Grove in Elk Grove, CA is seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant to join a team that delivers exceptional customer service and a welcoming culture. You will identify customer needs, present vehicle features, and guide buyers through the purchase process.

This full-time role offers a guaranteed base salary of $3,700 per month plus commissions, with total annual earnings estimated at $60,000–$140,000.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
• Ask questions to understand customer preferences, needs, and vehicle requirements
• Present and demonstrate Mazda Vehicles and explain relevant features, options, technology, and benefits
• Accompany customers on vehicle demonstration and test drives in accordance with company policies and safety regulations
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments and follow up activities
• Work towards individual and team sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Our Sales Consultants receive a $3,700 monthly guaranteed base salary, plus performance-based commissions, under our current Sales Consultant compensation plan. The estimated total annual earnings are $60,000-$140,000. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance, customer satisfaction, sales volume, and other applicable factors. Earning estimates are not guaranteed.
