Drive Family First is hiring an Experienced Sales Consultant for Mazda-Elk Grove in Elk Grove, CA. The role offers a full-time position with a base salary plus commissions, targeting $60,000–$140,000 in annual earnings.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Our Sales Consultants receive a $3,700 monthly guaranteed base salary, plus performance-based commissions, under our current Sales Consultant compensation plan. The estimated total annual earnings are $60,000-$140,000. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance, customer satisfaction, sales volume, and other applicable factors. Earning estimates are not guaranteed.

What are we searching for?

At Mazda, we are looking for an experienced professional who is motivated to continue achieving sales and customer service goals in a competitive, team-oriented environment. The ideal sales candidate well:

• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Be able to identify customer needs and clearly present vehicle features, options, and purchasing information
• Consistently follow up with customers and manage sales opportunities through respective processes
• Comfortable learning and using digital tools including customer relationship management systems (CRM) and other dealership technology
• Demonstrate the ability to learn product information, sales processes, and applicable dealership policies

You will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process while providing professional, informative, and customer-focused experience.

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
• Ask questions to understand customer preferences, needs, and vehicle requirements
• Present and demonstrate Mazda Vehicles and explain relevant features, options, technology, and benefits.
• Accompany customers on vehicle demonstration and test drives in accordance with company policies and safety regulations
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments and follow up activities
• Work towards individual and team sales goals
