We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Collections Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Miscellaneous Accounts Receivables Teams, including payers such as Aetna, Cigna, Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid, to maximize reimbursements. Responsibilities include managing denials, preparing appeals, and ensuring reimbursements align with contracts. The manager will also perform quality reviews, identify training needs, and help document policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of collection practices, and compliance with federal and state billing and collection regulations.
