Vail Resorts, Inc. is hiring for winter 2026/27 as a Retail Associate at our mountain shops. You’ll help guests select gear, fit them with the latest outdoor equipment, and work with a dynamic team across departments.

Starting wages range from $21.00 to $25.20 per hour, with opportunities for growth, training, and inclusive wellness benefits. Housing is available for eligible seasonal staff, and overtime may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Minimum age of 16 and housing available when needed.

Job Specifications:

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

Resort Activities

Retail Rental operations

Food and Beverage Support

Ticket sales or scanning

Lift Operations

Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$21.00/hr - $25.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
