SERVPRO Team Holland in Elkridge, MD is seeking an experienced inside Project Manager to oversee customer experience and project coordination. You will manage crews, track project scopes and estimates, and ensure timely communication with clients and insured parties.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, staff development, and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. A 24/7/365 on-call readiness and a background in restoration are preferred, with competitive pay and advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• IICRC certifications preferred; Xactimate experience is a plus.
• Experience in restoration or cleaning industry preferred.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a 24/7/365 job
• Previous experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred; Xactimate® experience is a PLUS!
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to partricpate in the on-call rotation to take the calls from our customers on evening and weekends
• Successful completion of a background check
