SERVPRO of Howard County in Westminster, MD, is hiring a Restoration Project Manager to lead production crews and manage the customer experience on fire and water damage projects.

You'll coordinate crews, oversee scopes and estimates, ensure safety, and drive revenue growth while mentoring team members. Eligible candidates bring IICRC certification preferred, Xactimate experience, a valid license, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certifications preferred; Xactimate experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work a 24/7/365 schedule.
• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state as needed.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Comfort working in various environments (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

Travel flexibility, including local and out-of-state trips when necessary

Successful completion of a background check
