Job summary

SERVPRO of Oldsmar/Westchase is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This frontline management role leads the team to operational excellence on active jobs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in restoration or related industries, with a valid driver’s license and Xactimate Level II. IICRC certification is a plus, and strong communication is essential to coordinate with customers, vendors, and insurers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Xactimate Level II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects including subcontractors.
• Review job site documentation to support services and ensure client requirements and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
• Oversee customer experience and overall satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.

As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Xactimate Level II
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of industry experience
• IICRC certification a preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work EMS jobs, sometimes after hours
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
