Responsibilities
  1. Exemplary Guest Service:
    • Foster a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere, delivering exceptional service throughout the dining journey.
    • Provide personalized attention to guests, creating memorable moments.
    • Support attractions and events when necessary.
  2. Culinary Expertise:
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all food items to the highest standards, ensuring guest satisfaction.
    • Ensure adherence to recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards.
    • Manage monthly inventory of F&B products.
  3. Staffing Management:
    • Manage daily staffing needs, ensuring proper coverage for each shift.
    • Create schedules that optimize team talents and strengths.
  4. Talent Acquisition:
    • Recruit talented individuals who share our passion for culinary arts and service.
    • Select team members aligned with our values to foster a positive work environment.
  5. Safety and Compliance:
    • Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards per regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with operational standards and policies.
  6. Seamless Coordination:
    • Coordinate between Front of House and Back of House teams for effective communication.
