PDS Health in Plano, TX, is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join a team committed to clinical excellence and patient care. You will work with modern dental technology and have opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

As a patient- and clinician-advocate, you will assist the dentist, maintain a clean and sterile operatory, and help create the Perfect Patient Experience. You will perform x-rays and intra-oral photos while ensuring ADA and OSHA compliance.

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best possible treatment.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful operatory and perform x-rays and intra-oral photos.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories following ADA and OSHA guidelines.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience®. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

Compensation Information

$21.00-$29.25 / Hourly
