Job summary

Dentists of Arlington is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join a team of experienced professionals. You will support dentists to advance patient care and contribute to the Perfect Patient Experience®, enhancing clinical efficiency and maintaining a clean, friendly practice environment.

You’ll work with modern dental technology, benefit from CE opportunities, and be part of a team that cares deeply about patients and the local community.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant in good standing.
• Commitment to sterile environment and infection control per ADA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices).

The Opportunity
