Job summary

Reunion Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics in Colorado is hiring a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and ensure a smooth patient experience. You will assist the dentist, take intra-oral pictures, and help maintain a clean, sterile environment to deliver comfort and care to patients.

The position offers hourly compensation of $20.75–$29.00 and a benefits package designed to promote personal and professional growth, including CE units and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable and under the direction of the dentist; complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with ADA guidelines while complying with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulations.

The Opportunity

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)
